President Cravens began his career with Wilson County Emergency Management Agency (WEMA) in 2015, initially serving on A-Shift until his promotion to Lieutenant in 2023. He is currently assigned to B-Shift.A long-standing member of Local 4238,President Cravens has served in various roles within the union and was elected Vice President in 2023 and took over as president Decembe 2025. His dedication to the union and its members continues to strengthen firefighter advocacy and support within Wilson County.

Tyler MacMaster serves as Treasurer of IAFF Local 4238, bringing strong organizational skills and a commitment to transparency and accountability. A dedicated member of Wilson County EMA, Tyler is known for his professionalism and reliability on and off the job.

In his role as Treasurer, he oversees the Local’s financial records, budgeting, and dues management to ensure long-term stability for the membership. Tyler is honored to serve and looks forward to supporting the continued growth of Local 4238.
